Natural gas engines have neither lubrication nor cooling with liquid fuel. To ensure that the natural gas engine does not break, an additive as a lubricant must also be injected into the intake air. The quantity and number of cycles depend on the engine speed. The engine electronics supply the corresponding signal and the control electronics on the board clock the BFS oscillating piston pump and BFS inline solenoid valves so that the engine is always adequately supplied with lubricant. Whether deep-drawing sheets, donats or sweets – the demands of our customers on modern coating systems are constantly growing. In the last century it was still common practice to oil deep-drawing sheets for car body parts completely for example and to wash them off completely after the deep-drawing process. What a waste!

Our modern electronically controlled BFS spray valves precisely dose the required quantities of water, oil or even spirits. With the corresponding nozzles, a variety of spray patterns can be generated. This makes it possible today to coat precisely defined areas in a short time and to distribute the spray mist efficiently.

This means that only those surfaces of deep-drawing sheets are wetted with oil that really slide on the tool. All other surfaces remain untreated. As a result, less oil is required and the cleaning time of the sheets is reduced. This saves money and primary materials. In addition, the environment is relieved.
