Our new development sets new standards in this area: a specially designed <strong>2/2-way coaxial solenoid valve</strong> made of stainless steel enables precise cuts with a water jet—hygienic, efficient, and adaptable to various production requirements.</p>



<p><strong>Innovative compact valve technology for precise cutting of clean patterns</strong></p>



<p>At the heart of this new development is a <strong>compact coaxial solenoid valve</strong> with an integrated <strong>check valve to prevent dripping</strong> and an <strong>integrated nozzle</strong>. The extremely fast opening and closing within a few milliseconds produces a precisely metered water jet that places the cuts cleanly. The check valve prevents unwanted dripping, which ensures product quality and keeps the system clean.</p>



<p><strong>Fine jet nozzle for clean cut edges</strong></p>



<p>The <strong>fine jet nozzle</strong> used ensures an even, concentrated water jet. Thanks to the choice of different nozzle sizes, the jet can be optimally adapted to different types of dough and cutting requirements. The <strong>cutting depth</strong> is flexibly adjustable, offering a high degree of process control – from fine surface cuts to complete separations.</p>



<p><strong>Customizable process parameters</strong></p>



<p>The new development enables operation at <strong>pressures of up to 150 bar initially</strong> (on request). Depending on requirements, we can individually adjust the pressure, nozzle size, and cycle frequency to achieve optimal results with minimal water consumption.</p>



<p><strong>Increased productivity in food production</strong></p>



<p>The extremely short switching times of our solenoid valves <strong>enable us to increase the cycle rate of the system</strong>, which means a significant <strong>increase in productivity</strong>. We also monitor compliance with the welding industry&#8217;s stringent requirements for the electrical safety of solenoid coils.</p>



<p>It is therefore no coincidence that our most important customer among the welding equipment manufacturers also lists us as an A-grade supplier. The criteria for this are strict. The evaluation includes technical quality and on-time delivery.</p>

That&#8217;s why we at Bavaria Fluid Systems in Pforzheim, Germany are investing in our new production line for <a rel="nofollow" href="https://www.bavariafluidsystems.com/new-bmp084v02-micro-dosing-pump-in-stainless-steel-for-precise-dosing/">metering</a> solenoid valves and metering solenoid pumps. <p> Natural gas engines have neither lubrication nor cooling with liquid fuel. To ensure that the <a rel="nofollow" href="https://www.bavariafluidsystems.com/compact-coaxial-solenoid-metering-valves-and-solenoid-dosing-pumps-for-automotive-industry/">natural gas engine</a> does not break, an additive as a lubricant must also be injected into the intake air. The quantity and number of cycles depend on the engine speed. The engine electronics supply the corresponding signal and the control electronics on the board clock the BFS <a rel="nofollow" href="https://www.bavariafluidsystems.com/bmp120-oscillating-piston-pump-as-a-condensate-pump-for-effective-removal-of-condensate-in-climate-and-environmental-simulation/">oscillating piston pump</a> and BFS inline solenoid valves so that the engine is always adequately supplied with lubricant. <p>Whether deep-drawing sheets, donats or sweets &#8211; the demands of our customers on modern coating systems are constantly growing. In the last century it was still common practice to <a rel="nofollow" href="https://www.bavariafluidsystems.com/compact-coaxial-solenoid-metering-valves-and-solenoid-dosing-pumps-for-automotive-industry/">oil</a> deep-drawing sheets for car body parts completely for example and to wash them off completely after the deep-drawing process. What a waste!</p>



<p>Our modern electronically controlled BFS spray valves precisely dose the required quantities of <a rel="nofollow" href="https://www.bavariafluidsystems.com/bmp120-oscillating-piston-pump-as-a-condensate-pump-for-effective-removal-of-condensate-in-climate-and-environmental-simulation/">water</a>, oil or even spirits. With the corresponding nozzles, a variety of spray patterns can be generated. This makes it possible today to coat precisely defined areas in a short time and to distribute the spray mist efficiently.</p>



<p>This means that only those surfaces of deep-drawing sheets are wetted with oil that really slide on the tool. All other surfaces remain untreated. As a result, less oil is required and the cleaning time of the sheets is reduced. This saves money and primary materials. In addition, the environment is relieved.</p>



<p>Whether individual valves, valve blocks or complete spray systems &#8211; from the pump to the nozzle, we work closely with our customers as always to find the best solutions for them.</p>

<p>Post-mix dispensers are offered to customers in various lengths as needed. Due to its modular design, the BFS solenoid valve block can be quickly adapted in length and in the number of its connections of the respective postmix dispensing system by adding or removing modules.</p>

<p>In addition there is the internal cooling: Drinks like juices or lemonades are often drunk cold. Therefore, these drinks are cooled up to the tap. Our modular built-in solenoid valve block with internal cooling helps to maintain the cold chain, so that the guest does not have to give up his cold drink even in hot summer. The trick here: For the internal cooling ice-cold soda <a rel="nofollow" href="https://www.bavariafluidsystems.com/bmp120-oscillating-piston-pump-as-a-condensate-pump-for-effective-removal-of-condensate-in-climate-and-environmental-simulation/">water</a> is used. This saves a separate cooling circuit.</p>
<p>The beverages are dosed by our fast-switching BFS solenoid valves of the <a rel="nofollow" href="https://www.bavariafluidsystems.com/30000-welding-valves-per-year-and-we-are-a-grade-supplier/">BMV6</a> series. Electronically controlled, a variety of mixed drinks can be served in exact mixing ratios at the touch of a button.</p>

At the break sale, there was then a shot of foam on the now half-shell beer. Beer enjoyment while playing football is something else.</p>
<p>Together with our customers, we therefore developed a solenoid valve block for dispensing systems used at major events with our fast-acting (2 milliseconds) and flow-optimized BFS solenoid valves.</p>
<p>The challenge with high-speed beer serving is that the beer may only form its beautiful head of foam when bottling. But nevertheless the serving should take place as fast as possible. Therefore, the beer flows in 3 phases into the glass. In the first phase, the beer initially flows slowly into the beer glass. In the second phase, it flows very fast and in the third phase, only the foaming occurs. The beer flow is controlled by our solenoid valves as needed. And of course, our inline solenoid valves installed here are also hygienically clean, means free of dead space and self-cleaning.</p>
